[Approved] Azgalor the Pit Lord [DotA]

Hey Guys ;D
this is my first public WAR3 Race so be not hard and enjoy my bad english, But here is the Race I hope you like it :


Azgalor, Pit Lord





----------------------------------------------
Firestorm

Calls down up to 3 waves of fire that damage enemy units in an area. Each wave deals initial damage and then burns enemies for 2 seconds.

Pit of Malice

A deadly pit is conjured at target location. Target becomes corrupted with malicious forces and are unable to move fast for some time.

Expulsion

Ignites the rotten gases of corpses, detonating them to cause damage to any enemy within the explosion radius. Each explosion fuels another until there are no more corpses in the area.

Dark Rift

Opens rifts that pass through the netherworld (Self-Respawn)

CVars
war3_azgalor_ult_cooldown_spawn 10 = sets the ultimate cooldown on spawn
war3_azgalor_ult_cooldown 25 = sets the ultimate cooldown
war3_azgalor_hugefx_enable 1 = Enable/Disable some huge effects

Do you mean bugs and so on?
working fine on our server, the player cant find any bugs(cstrike)
maybe some other server owner, player etc. can give addintional feedback

Pretty effects, but they get too distracting. I can't see what the fuck is going on when I hit somebody in the middle of a group with the fire skill. It usually just ends with me getting showered with bullets since I can't tell what the fuck is going on. Same goes for the ability skill, I never used it because it was too distracting and revealing.

The ultimate I just plain out don't understand. You cast it, then have a short span during wich you respawn if you die - is that correct? If so, then why the fuck does leveling it DECREASE the duration it lasts!?

Hmm strange, you should respawn even if you are alive, so you get all your health + some bonus HP - It work's fine on my server I will take a look at the code

Done, it should now work fine and I added 2 new CVars check my first post

I'm having problems compiling this, along with others. Im new to war3source so don't be too harsh ;p Anyways, i put it in with all the other things, but i renamed it to War3Source_019_Azgalor-Pit Lord.sp. Was i not supposed to do that, like was i supposed to just leave it alone and then compile it?

aah i didn't get that far into computer science, lol. I don't suppose you could do it for me? =\ I'd really appreciate it. I'm having a hard time finding races for my server, excluding the default packaged ones of course..

I dont see a delay on pit of malice.. player just spam it on my server.. removed until fixed

Pit of Malice had no cooldown if it hit no enemy..
I added a 3 sec cooldown if it fails to find an enemy(check first post attachment to download)

Being approved does not mean that it will be included in the default distribution, it just means that AT THE TIME OF APPROVAL it worked.

I've attached my updated version for you.

I'm still running a pretty old build of war3source, however I think this version should work ok on newer builds.

When i use pit and malice, it says this:
No valid target in 120.00000 feed found

This race works for cstrike? Cuz I'm using it on TF2, is that the problem?
