Frost mage

Just an idea for a race that i have been thinking about. please let me know what you think of it

ability 1 : Frost bolt
lvl 1 6% chance on hit to slow enemy
lvl 2-4 increase by 6% each lvl

ability 2 : frost armor
lvl 1 6% chance to slow enemy when hit
lvl 2-4 increase by 6% each lvl

ability 3 : path of frost
lvl 1-4 increase movement speed

Ultimate : flash freeze (same idea as entangling roots)
lvl 1 20 yrd range freeze target for .5 sec
lvl 2 25 yrd range freeze target for 1 sec
lvl 3 30 yrd range freeze target for 1.5 sec
lvl 4 40 yrd range freeze target for 2 sec

Seems like you can do better skills with Frost Mage

Thoughts Ihave

Frost Nova slow AOE attack
Frost Bolt Bash or Slow stackable with nova for extra damage
Frost Armor - slow or freeze attacker
Drain Mana -steals cash (works well with mana shield)

Ultimate Mana shield (use cash as a shield for duration and burn cash instead of taking damage)
