Hi guys,

So im using a TeleportEntity as
Code: [Select]
TeleportEntity(client,endpos,NULL_VECTOR,NULL_VECTOR);
This obviously literally teleports from one place to another.

Is it possible to do this so that it actually MOVES there very fast? I've tried setting the Velocity vector, but that will then take you PAST the actual teleport position.

I want to ideally have it so that when you activate the skill, it moves you from current position to ENDPOS in about 1 second, but then stops at ENDPOS - so that you can actually see it move...

Hope that makes sense lol

there is no easy to way to animate a player's movement. TeleportEntity only teleports

You would need a loop to set the position per game frame, which is also very chopping animation for the player
You can smooth out the choppiness by setting the velocity in the proper direction to smooth out motion
