Multiple issues

- thanks for closing the old topic, fuck knows why

1. The bug tracker doesn't send the account information on registration and thus i cannot post the bugs in the tracker
2. I found a bug in the tracker related to this; Ubercharge can be killed by using critt strike from orc's
3. war3source entirely crashes when MySQL database goes away unexpectidly. It errors out the main plugin and takes along the rest with it. During mapchange the server will then crash.
4. Vamp aura only works when either buying a Mask of death or playing as Medic. Without it vamp doesn't apear to add any extra health.

3 oh shit, but only anthony can check this out, i dont know the inner workings of his xp system
4 code looks correct, and seems to be working on rogue's server. ill test again when i have time, its the last week before my finals...
